Syncing with Cloud
Syncing your ClearScanner data with Cloud allows you to keep your documents backed-up and recover them in case of loss of your device. It also allows you to access your ClearScanner files in all your Android devices.
How to sync
You can sync in two different ways:
1. Automatically, by enabling the AutoSync.
Files will be synced every time you have used the app.
2. Manually, by pressing the “Sync Now” button.
Please go to Settings to choose whether to sync when connected to WiFi only or to sync using mobile data, also.
Syncing between devices
ClearScanner data can be synced across all your Android devices if you link the app with the same Cloud account in all of them.
ClearScanner folder in Cloud
When you sync your documents to Cloud, a folder named ClearScanner will appear in Drive.
Do not delete this folder or the files inside. Doing so would damage your data and you may not be able to recover you files in the app.

When accessing ClearScanner documents on Cloud, you will notice that they don’t follow the same folder and pagination structure that you may have created within the app.
The structure is however always conserved within ClearScanner when syncing between different devices.
